Custom modular units, delivered through a managed process.

We help customers specify, customize, and coordinate the delivery of tiny homes and modular units through a managed, end-to-end process. Our production network spans the United States and Canada, with manufacturing partners working to defined specifications and quality checkpoints.

Section 01 · Operations

What we do

We coordinate the primary stages of sourcing, customization, manufacturing, quality review, and delivery.

Sourcing and partner selection

We coordinate with qualified manufacturing facilities and match their production capabilities to the requirements of each project.

Design coordination

We organize floor-plan changes, finish selections, material schedules, and approved customization requirements before production begins.

Manufacturing coordination

We coordinate the production process from approved design through fabrication and preparation for shipment.

Quality checkpoints

We use structured review points and collect applicable product, material, and manufacturing documentation.

Logistics coordination

We coordinate freight, domestic transportation, delivery requirements, and destination-specific logistics.

Section 02 · Process

How the process works

A structured path from the initial inquiry through production, delivery scheduling, and final documentation.

STEP 01

Discovery

Define the intended use, required specifications, destination, quantity, and basic site information.

STEP 02

Model selection and options

Select a base model and confirm the required layout, finishes, features, and custom modifications.

STEP 03

Quote and timeline

Receive a project-specific quote and estimated schedule based on the model, customization, quantity, destination, and delivery requirements.

STEP 04

Design confirmation and payment

Finalize the approved layout and specifications, then complete the required payment to secure the production schedule.

STEP 05

Production and quality review

The unit is produced by the selected manufacturing partner with scheduled updates and established quality checkpoints.

STEP 06

Delivery scheduling

Transportation and delivery timing are coordinated according to the unit, destination, site access, and selected service level.

STEP 07

Handover documentation

Receive available product specifications, component details, delivery information, and the next steps for site setup.

Section 03 · Logistics

Delivery and service areas

Our primary service areas include the United States and Canada. Delivery pricing and service availability depend on the selected unit, destination, access conditions, equipment requirements, and requested placement services.

Standard delivery requires accessible road, driveway, and site conditions.
Difficult access, crane service, remote destinations, special permits, or other specialized handling may require additional charges.
Storage delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-delivery, and destination permit fees may be the buyer’s responsibility.
Final logistics requirements are confirmed after the destination, site conditions, and selected model have been reviewed.
Section 04 · Standards
